Spiritual Decluttering: Online Only

We’ve all read about the life-changing practice of getting rid of things that don’t bring us joy — but there’s more to decluttering than just cleaning out your closet or emptying the basement. By decluttering our minds, spirits, and souls, we can help ourselves move towards success and happiness. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to declutter your spiritual life by freeing up emotional space, embracing self-care, and learning to set boundaries. After all, once you get rid of the garbage, you’ll make room for the good stuff, and you can consciously and mindfully open yourself up to all of the positive things you’ve been missing out on.
